Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to tour packages, flight and transport bookings, IRCTC booking assistance, and other travel services arranged through Vaanzo Tours & Travels.
Customer cancellations
Payments are non-refundable after confirmation. A booking cannot be transferred or converted into a credit unless Vaanzo agrees to do so in writing before the scheduled service.
Changes by travel suppliers
Airlines, hotels, railways, tour operators, and other suppliers may change schedules or services. Any refund or credit is available only when approved by the relevant supplier and may be reduced by non-recoverable charges.
Traveller responsibilities
Please verify passenger names, travel dates, documents, and itinerary details before payment. Visa refusal, missed transport, late arrival, illness, or personal changes do not create a right to a refund.
Rights required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy that must apply under law. Where such a right applies, it will be handled according to the applicable legal requirement.
