2. Payment Policy
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservations. Deposits are non-refundable
unless otherwise stated.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the specified deadline.
- Payments can be made via approved methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or
online payment systems.
- Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in automatic
cancellation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official contact
channels.
- Charges apply based on supplier policies and timing of cancellation.

- Customers are responsible for valid travel documents:
- Passport with sufficient validity
- Required visas
- Health/vaccination certificates (if required)
- The agency is not responsible for disruptions caused by invalid or incomplete
documents.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The agency acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
- We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Changes made by airlines or hotels
- Loss, injury, accident, or damage during travel
- Events beyond our control
8. Force Majeure
- The agency is not liable for delays or failures due to:

- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Airline strikes or operational issues
- Public health emergencies
9. Travel Insurance
- Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen
circumstances such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage.
- Claim Settlement will be done by the Insurance provider.
11. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is collected solely for travel arrangements and communication.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to complete
bookings.
- Information is stored securely and handled in compliance with applicable data
protection laws.
